From big brands to big questions

Hi, I’m Nizzi.

Executive, Advisor, Founder

I’ve built brands and shaped cultural conversations at Etsy, Refinery29, Atari and Zazzle. Formerly Zazzle’s CMO and CBO, I’m now a Strategic Advisor, exploring a question that has followed me through every chapter: how do people actually thrive?

Alongside a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School and a master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College, I hold a master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied under Martin Seligman. Analysis Happiness brings that research into conversation with work, technology, culture and the gloriously messy business of being human.

Well-being isn’t about forcing a smile when life feels like a dumpster fire. It’s about agency, meaning and connection. It’s also about figuring out what actually helps.

I’m also building PRESCRIBE: AI for the everyday side of mental health.

Ideas you can use

A language for
human flourishing.

Flourishing is more than feeling good. These developing frameworks help us ask what supports a fuller life and turn that question into everyday choices.

The wider picture

PERMAGAMI℠

Building on PERMA’s Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment, GAMI brings four more dimensions into view:

Growth
Learning and becoming
Agency
Having a say and a choice
Mattering
Feeling valued, adding value
Integration
Making room for your whole self

Inclusion runs across every dimension: whose opportunity to flourish is being supported, and who is being left out?

For example: a promotion may offer accomplishment and growth. Does it also leave room for relationships, choice and a life that fits together?

The human outcome

HAI Score℠

A working question about whether AI and technology leave us better or worse off as people. Choose a time period, consider your experience and look at what changed.

Use it to open a conversation, not as a validated scale or a way to diagnose well-being.

For example: AI drafts your work faster. Are you also learning, exercising judgment and feeling connected to what you make?

Feeling valued. Adding value.

The Mattering Standard℠

A lens for looking at work and community through two questions: do people feel they count, and can they contribute something that counts?

For example: after asking for a team’s ideas, show what changed because of them. An invitation matters more when people can see their contribution in the outcome.
